Job Responsibilities:-

• Invoice Preparation
• Clients Follow- up for on time payments
• Timely Vendor payment release for uninterrupted services
• Project wise profitability calculation
• Bank Statement update in Tally
• Tally updating- receipt, payments, purchase and sales
• Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
• GST Filing
• Keeping record of day to day office and operation expenses
• Tracking bank deposits and payments
• Salary processing
• Employee expense verification and release
• NEFT & RTGS
• Keeping & Maintaining Project Confidential Agreement

Knowledge part:
Thorough knowledge of ICH – GCP, New Drugs and Clinical Trials rule 2019
and updating self from time to time on Regulatory and process changes (if any).
Action part:
P.I. Coordination, Patients screening, randomization, source documentation,
site master file maintenance, eCRF entry, PK/ ADA sample collection, storage,
lab report collection, reporting & follow up SAEs, Ethics committee
coordination, study doc archiving.
